Unique two-day residential multi-disciplinary designed to support healthcare professionals who want to learn more about the NHS and its accountability to Parliament, as well as development their leadership and management skills.  The course is fun, interactive and uses realistic team exercises to examine different leadership styles.  The course is held in Winchester. Specialist training registrars (ST3+) and managers nominated by Thames Valley and Wessex Leadership Academy (TVWLA) are eligible to attend. It is a fun, interactive and challenging course, using realistic team exercises to examine, in practice, how important different roles and leadership are to an effective team, and gives the opportunity to make corporate decisions in the face of competing demand.

Edward Jenner
The Edward Jenner Programme is open to all. It is totally online and can be studied at the pace of the individual.  The programme is broken down into 2 parts: Launch and Foundations.

Launch contains film, activities and discussions to take part in. It takes around 5 hours to complete.

Foundations has been designed to be completed over about 6 weeks.

A final piece of written evidence looks at your leadership difference gained from this programme. We allow you some time to gather evidence for this. Submitting your leadership difference will enter you for a Leadership Academy award in Leadership Foundations.

Each cohort starts on the first Monday of each month and runs for 150 days.

Signup at any time for instant access to the current cohort on the Edward Jenner website.
