Prospective Trainers Course
The Prospective Trainers Course is a six day course run by Health Education England (Wessex) (in collaboration with the University of Winchester) aimed at GPs applying to become GP Trainers. More information on becoming a trainer can be found on the Health Education England (Wessex) website.
A practical guide that provides information for trainees and trainers on how trainee self-reflection, feedback from the trainer and trainer self-reflection can improve the performance and value of formative Workplace Based Assessments (WBAs)s is available to download below.
